Pricing questions
Are there tiers or add-ons?
No. There is one version with all features. What an admin, partner or employee sees depends on their role, not on a plan.
What does the AI cost?
Whatever your provider charges. You store your own key and pay for usage directly there; we add nothing on top. A monthly budget and a per-run limit keep costs in check.
Can we use Konseq without AI?
Yes. Without a key, Konseq remains fully usable – recommendations, ordering and queries work by fixed rules.
Is it billed per person or per company?
We’ll settle that for the launch and state it here, together with the price.
What happens if we cancel?
Everything stays readable and exportable for 30 days. After that, data, files and backups are deleted, and the owner receives a confirmation.
