Features
Everything between plan and result.
Goals, tasks, decisions and knowledge – connected, traceable and with a clear answer to the question of what’s up next.
Today
The start page for every day: what’s up next, what’s coming and what’s waiting for you.
Up next
One recommended next action, by fixed rules rather than guesswork. “Not now” hides it for today – just for you.
Why?
The basis, goal, dependencies and open uncertainties behind the recommendation in one click. If it deliberately bypasses a blocker, it says so.
Path to goal
The goal with its milestones, “You are here” and today’s progress.
Possible instead
Up to two alternatives, such as an open decision or a question that needs answering.
This week
Free time, routines, scheduled work and due tasks without a plan – named as headroom, tight or overbooked.
What changed
Recent changes with name and time, plus important blockers and what got done today.
Goals and projects
Companies, initiatives and projects in one tree. Each with goals that state how you’ll know they’re reached.
Project tree
Company, initiative and project, each active, paused, deferred or completed.
Goals with a done criterion
Goals and milestones with a deadline and “Done when …”. A goal only counts as reached once a person confirms it.
Launch conditions
What must be in place before a launch. If new work starts while they’re open, Konseq says so.
Setup as a questionnaire
Nine questions about the company, six for each project – typed or dictated, ideally with existing documents. That becomes your starting point.
Archive, not delete
Projects are archived and can be restored at any time.
Your logo At launch
Your logo and company name in the top left.
Tasks
Tasks with a goal, a duration and a done criterion – ordered by rules you can read.
Done criterion
“Done when …” on every task. Completing it means confirming it.
Quick capture
“What needs doing?” – a title is enough. With AI, Konseq sorts it and estimates the duration, marked as an estimate.
Ordered by rules
Do now, Today, Big chunks, Next, Waiting for others, Later – every row with its reason, no score.
Dates that count
Only people set binding due dates. “Not before” holds a task back until a date.
Dependencies
“Waiting for” and “Waiting for this” show what blocks and what a task unblocks. Plus subtasks.
Recurrence and routines
Daily, weekdays, weekly or monthly. Ongoing tasks bundle routines with their time per week and month.
Schedule
Big tasks in one go, spread over days or in steps – into free time from your calendar or working hours. Nothing is entered until you confirm.
Personal lists
Daily and weekly lists only you can see. Anything left open returns to its place with a due date.
List or board
The same tasks as a list or a board, with categories such as sales, client work or finance.
Decisions
Open questions with options, a recommendation and objections – ending in a decision with a reason you can find again.
Everything in one place
Question, options, recommendation, consequences and recorded objections.
Decide with a reason
“What applies?” and a reason. No reason, no decision.
Force
Closes a discussion bindingly – admins only. The objections stay visible.
Have objections assessed
The AI says whether a new objection would change the recommendation. It doesn’t change the recommendation itself.
What’s missing to decide
Added as a prerequisite, the decision returns once the task is done.
Defer
With a date and “due earlier if …”. Until then it stays out of Today.
Reassess
Only with new information. Arguments already on record are rejected.
Replace, don’t overwrite
A new decision replaces the old one. What applied before stays readable.
Knowledge
What you know, what you’ve been told and what you only assume – kept apart and with a source.
Reliability
Every statement is reported, assumed, observed or verified. Verified only with a note on how.
Source and as-of date
Where a statement comes from and when it last applied. If either is missing, it says so.
Provisional
Anything built on an assumption is marked. When a statement is replaced, Konseq flags what it affects.
Questions with a purpose
Every open question states what its answer changes and how important it is: critical, important or minor.
Documents
PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and text up to 20 MB, or straight from Google Drive. The content becomes project knowledge – as information, never as instructions.
Search
⌘K or Ctrl+K finds titles, text, results and done criteria across everything.
Ideas and comparison
New ideas are captured, checked and decided – without automatically jumping ahead of ongoing work.
Capture
As an idea, option or feature. Captured doesn’t mean prioritised; the oldest gets decided first.
Opportunity check
Eight guiding questions, such as which solutions already exist, what is actually different and what demand is proven – each answer with source and date.
Decide
Develop, pursue, park or discard. Parking and discarding need a reason.
Add to scope
Only with the extra effort named and explicit approval.
Compare options
Two to four projects or ideas against seven criteria such as expected return, time to first revenue or evidence. Named levels with reasons, no overall grade.
Business model
Nine sections from target group to unproven assumptions. Once adopted, changes need approval and a reason.
Conversation and support
The AI asks, sorts and prepares. What comes of it is your call.
Question rounds
Targeted questions, each with its purpose. You can always skip.
Adopt as …
One click turns a message into a task, statement, assumption, idea, decision or question. What the AI adopted is shown below the message.
Insights
Partners and employees tell what happened. Konseq suggests tasks and records knowledge with its author.
Support from Konseq
A draft as a work order. It starts with your click; you sign off the result or ask for revisions.
Recognisable
Anything the AI created is marked “Suggestion from Konseq”.
Works without AI
Question rounds, recommendation and ordering run by fixed rules without a language model.
Team
Everyone sees what concerns them. Admins see the whole.
Roles
Admin, partner, employee and external. What a role may do is defined in the code.
Your to-dos
Each person’s own list, ordered by the same rules as everyone’s.
Delegated
What you handed to others, by person and oldest first. “Followed up” records that you checked in.
Comments
On tasks, with @mentions. Whoever is mentioned sees exactly that task.
Team workload
For admins, everyone’s week: headroom, tight or overbooked.
Preview as partner
See what a partner sees before they do.
Only after approval
What the AI creates on an admin’s behalf appears in shared projects only after approval.
Queries
A meeting without a follow-up, a quote nobody chased, a won deal without an invoice: Konseq asks. A handful per day at most; they expire after seven days.
Invite and lock
Invitation by email or link, valid for seven days and usable once. Locking ends all sessions.
Review and notifications
What moved, what stands still – and notifications only when there’s a reason.
Review
Seven or thirty days: sign-offs, goals reached, decisions made, questions answered.
Standstill
What has been sitting unchanged and for how long. Without an earlier state, nothing is estimated.
Notifications with delivery status
You see whether a notification actually reached you outside the app.
Morning and evening
“Your day” in the morning, and if you like, “What got done?” in the evening.
Follow-up with a reason
On every entry. No reason, no reminder.
Channels and quiet hours
In the app, by email and as a notification on your device, with quiet hours.
Integrations
Konseq takes what it needs from your tools – and says clearly what is connected and what isn’t.
Google Calendar
Free time for scheduling and customer meetings. Confirmed blocks can be entered if you want.
Google Drive and Docs
Attach documents to projects and tasks; their content becomes project knowledge.
Microsoft 365 At launch
Outlook, calendar, OneDrive and SharePoint.
Your own mailboxes
Via IMAP, per person. Queries like “reply?” or “follow up?” for open mail.
CRM via webhook
Activities and deals from your CRM via a signed webhook – for the timeline and queries.
Claude Code
Read tasks and projects via MCP, record suggestions and knowledge. Claude Code can’t complete or decide anything there.
Disconnect means disconnect
When you disconnect Google, Konseq revokes access and deletes the imported data.
Day to day
Small things that make the difference when you use it every day.
Dictation
In every longer text field via microphone – including the questionnaire and insights.
Undo
After done or discard, there’s a moment to take it back. Reopening is recorded in the history.
History on every entry
Who changed what and when – from the very beginning.
German and English
Chosen per person. The interface is translated; what you write stays as it is.
Light and dark
Following the system or set per device.
On the phone
In the browser, as an app on the home screen, with notifications on the device.
Start with what’s up next.
