Plans rarely fail because of the plan. They fail in day-to-day work – when nobody knows what matters right now, why something was decided and which of it is actually confirmed.
Without Konseq: Tasks without a goal
With Konseq: Every task shows which goal it moves forward – and how you can tell it’s done.
Without Konseq: Decisions that keep reopening
With Konseq: Every decision has a reason. Objections stay on record, and it is only reassessed when there is new information.
Without Konseq: Knowledge without a source
With Konseq: Every statement shows how reliable it is: reported, assumed, observed or verified.
How Konseq works
You decide where you’re headed and how you’ll know you got there. Konseq ties every task to that goal and works out every day what comes next.
Secure the order book for the first quarter
Confirmed by a person
Every goal states how you’ll know it’s reached. It only counts as reached once a person confirms it.
The path to the goal shows what’s done and where you are right now.
Every task shows what it moves forward, who owns it and what is waiting on it.

Why?Committed date tomorrow, revenue-relevant, no open prerequisites.
Konseq recommends the next action – by fixed rules, not guesswork. Click “Why?” to see the reasons.
Decisions
Question, options, recommendation, consequences and objections sit in one place. Decisions are made with a rationale. Whoever asks why in three months will find the answer – and see which objections were raised.
Buy or lease a second CNC machine?
Question
How do we finance the second CNC machine?
Recommended by Konseq
Lease: protects liquidity in the first quarter, the instalment is predictable.
A recommendation is not a decision. Only you can decide.

Day to day
Konseq is built for the work between plan and result: delegating, following up, scheduling, comparing, looking back.
See all featuresPartners and employees see their projects and their tasks – nothing else. Everything you delegated is listed by person, oldest first.
Delegated
Each person’s week: free time, routines, scheduled work and due tasks without a plan. Missing estimates are counted, not guessed.
Ideas are captured, checked and decided. Comparisons use your criteria, with named levels and reasons – no scores.

In a conversation, Konseq asks for what planning and decisions are missing. Each question shows what it’s for – and below, what was taken over.
By when does the CNC machine decision need to be made?
Purpose: Deadline for the open decisionProgress and standstill side by side, for seven or thirty days. Where there’s no earlier state, it says so – instead of guessing.

23 days without changeA customer meeting without a follow-up, a quote nobody chased, a won deal without an invoice: Konseq asks – a handful of times a day at most, answered with one click.
Queries
Meeting with Berger law firm on Tuesday – is there a follow-up task?
Do big tasks in one go, spread them over several days or split them into steps. Free time comes from your calendar – or from your working hours, and Konseq says which. Nothing is entered until you confirm.
AI
Konseq uses a language model where it saves work: sorting, drafting, asking and checking. Anything with consequences stays with people. That is enforced in the code, not in an instruction to the AI.
src/server/domain/decisions.tsif (actor !== "nutzer")
throw forbidden("Entscheidungen triffst nur du.
Konseq darf empfehlen, aber nicht entscheiden.");Each of these actions checks that a person triggered it. An AI that tries anyway is refused – no matter how the instruction is worded.
You choose the language model and store your own API key. Your contract is directly with the provider; we don’t bill for AI. Passwords and keys are removed before anything goes to the AI.
Without a key, Konseq keeps working without AI – with fixed rules for recommendations, ordering and queries.
More about AI in KonseqPrinciples
A planning tool is only as good as the trust in what it shows. That’s why a few rules apply without exception.
Anything not connected says “not connected”. A finished run is not a sign-off. A scheduled notification is not a delivered one.
Comparison, workload and ordering use named levels and reasons – not stars, traffic lights or overall grades.
Every change is in the history: who, when, what. Reopening and deleting too. Projects are archived, not deleted.
It may recommend, not decide. The code checks this on every action that has consequences.
Where data is missing, Konseq says so. A missing estimate is counted, not guessed. No earlier state, no comparison.
Reminders only with a reason, queries limited and with an expiry date, quiet hours for notifications. “Not now” means: not again today.

When an initiative becomes its own company, it takes its knowledge along: goals, tasks, decisions and statements. You check beforehand what goes and what stays. The new company gets its own address and its own data.

Security and privacy
Konseq holds what matters most in a company: goals, decisions, knowledge. It is built accordingly.
Everything about security and privacyHosted in data centres in Frankfurt am Main, with backups and restore.
Each company has its own data under its own address. None of it appears in another.
Every function checks who may see and do what. Anything outside your view responds as if it didn’t exist.
With an authenticator app and recovery codes. Mandatory for admins.
We don’t see your content. Support only if you grant it – time-limited and logged.
Passwords, keys and credentials are removed before any AI request, log entry or export.
Getting started
Konseq starts by asking what you already know: nine questions about the company, six for each project. Typed or dictated, ideally with existing documents. That becomes your starting point.
Question 4 of 9
What do you want to achieve in the next 3 and 12 months?
Ideally with a figure and a date, e.g. “15,000 € monthly revenue by the end of March”.
Orders worth €180,000 for the first quarter by the end of March. A second fitter permanently on the team within twelve months.
DictateWhat Konseq has recorded
Tasks are suggestions: they only count once you confirm them in the project. Nothing is invented – if something is missing, add it in the project or in the conversation.
Pricing
No tiers, no locked features, no add-ons. Every company gets all of Konseq.
You store your own key with a provider of your choice and pay for usage directly there. You see exactly what the AI costs and hold the contract yourself.

Questions
For companies running several initiatives at once, where owners, partners and the team work towards the same goals – from a small business to a group of several companies.
Konseq doesn’t replace accounting or a CRM. It holds together what lies between them: goals, tasks, decisions and knowledge.
No. Without a language model, Konseq remains fully usable: goals, tasks, decisions, knowledge, the “Up next” recommendation, task ordering and the review all work by fixed rules. With AI you add the conversation, sorting, drafts and critical checks.
You choose the provider and store your own API key, so your contract is directly with the provider. Passwords, keys and credentials are removed before anything goes to the AI. Uploaded documents count as information, never as instructions. More about AI

Google, yes: each person connects their account for calendar and documents from Drive. Microsoft 365 with Outlook, calendar and OneDrive arrives at launch. Your own mailboxes connect via IMAP, a CRM via a signed webhook, Claude Code via MCP.
Every person has a role. Admins see and manage everything. Partners and employees see their projects and their tasks. External people are listed by name without access. Tasks can be assigned and commented on, and you keep track of what you delegated. Personal daily and weekly lists are visible only to their owner.
Konseq runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and phone. On a phone you can add it to the home screen and receive notifications on the device.
